Royalties & Advances15% to 25 % royalty on the net sales. Payment is made on a monthly basis. No advance payment.Average 4 to 15 % royalty usually on the net sales, paid yearly or twice an year. Design, Proofreading , Editing & Printing
Authors are requested to give a fully edited, proofread manuscript. We do a second level proof reading, editorial analysis, custom design the interior/ covers and print the books at no cost to the authors.
Publishers control the designing of covers and internal pages, editing, printing, quality check and all the cost are covered.
All the responsibility held with the author including all the cost of designing and printing the books. The service company's usually provide ready made generic design templates or offer services to buy.
Distribution
Worldwide book distribution both online and offline including , but not limited to Ingram services, Amazon,B & N etc.Distribution services, both online and offline by Ingram and other distribution systems.
No or limited book store distribution by default. Author has to hire a distribution services to achieve the benefits.
Rights
Author keeps the intellectual rights of the material.
Publisher keeps the rights.
Author keeps the rights.
Decision Making
Author considered as a partner, so decisions are made in consultation with the author.
No control over publisher decisions.
Author has to make all the decision himself.
Book Discounts
Books are provided to the author at the print cost plus a small percentage with quantity discounts.
On average at 50 % of the retail price 
Varies according to the quantity and volume of purchase.
Author Purchase Requirements
Author is requested to commit to purchasing twenty hundred copies of the book at the cost during the life time of agreement. Authors are permitted to sell or give away the copies purchased.
Most of the publishing houses require the author to purchase the book upon it's release usually at the wholesale price.
Author is expected to purchase all the copies he requested for.
Marketing Support
Complete support offered for all authors.
Support is usually offered only if the author is well established and have a very good reputation.
